If the customer decline (unselect) the Insurance Protection at checkout, no coverage will be given for damaged or lost packages. If the customer doesn’t save the packaging or is unwilling to help with the claim process, no claim will be summited or refunded. Kingdom DTF is not liable for any damage that occurs in transit, but we can evaluate the issue.
